Line Process
The line is designed to support a complete Dry powder filling machine workflow:
1. Vial Feeding
Empty vials are automatically transferred from the turntable to the conveyor for continuous feeding into the production line.
2. Vial Air Blowing
Internal and external air blowing helps remove particles and dust from the vials before filling.
3. Powder Filling
A servo-driven auger filling system doses the required powder weight into each vial with controlled and repeatable filling performance.
4. Stopper Feeding
Rubber stoppers are automatically oriented and fed to the insertion station.
5. Stopper Insertion
The rubber stoppers are inserted accurately into the filled vials.
6. Aluminum Cap Feeding
Aluminum caps are automatically oriented and transferred to the cap sealing station.
7. Cap Sealing / Crimping
The aluminum caps are sealed securely onto the vials through the crimping process.
8. Finished Vial Collection
The sealed vials are transferred to the final accumulation turntable for downstream processing or manual collection.
